needed a chimney cap - chimney was sort of high and awkward. some other places didn't even seem to want to do it. got it all done quickly and they found and fixed a minor roof issue on top of it.

Michael was amazing. He came out and peformed an evaluation to see the issue and figure identified some other issues. I received other quotes and the same things were identified. His quote was was fair. Not the lowest, but he was more thorough and we didn't want anymore issues due to poor workmanship. Also, he took the time to explain the issues and suggested we look it up (orphaned water heater, size of exhaust from water heater to chimney, chimney lining, poorly installed rain cap). I suspect that those with the lowest price sacrifice quaity. I didn't want to have to pay more to redo something later - because this is why we needed him to begin with a few months after buying the property. We don't feel like we have to worry about his work. They also cleaned up afterwards and even laid a cloth down at the entry way to keep the floors as clean as possible. He is our guy for the masonry work we need done in the spring and forevermore.

Timely arrivals with a call ahead. Good explanation of issues (with pictures). And then a good execution on the work. Cleanup of this messy work was perfect. Michael is very knowledgeable and has seen (and worked on) most any situation.
