Tidy Sweep

Did a thorough job and explained the procedure and why he was doing it.

The price was reasonable and the technician was friendly and thorough. There was a whole lot of build up in our chimney that could have caused a safety problem. I am thankful we hired them and for the job they did.

I had a question after Tidy Sweep completed servicing my chimney and dryer vent. They came back the next day just to answer my question. I will be hiring Tidy Sweep again for periodic maintenance of my chimney and dryer vent. They are responsive, professional, reasonably priced, on time, and responsive to customer questions.

On time, clean, friendly

There are a very efficient team.. One person vacuumed the vent from the floor while the other was on the roof clearing the vent. from above. They improved the attaching vent pipe and made sure the entire system was open. I am now secure in knowing there is no dryer vent obstruction that could cause a fire.

Serviceman was right on time. He did a great job of assuring the area around our fireplace was secured from cleaning process.

Charge for a simple inspection was ridiculous: $195 for 10 minutes work is absurd, even recognizing that knowledge is worth something. When called on the price, they dropped it to $135. It seemed like a crude attempt to see what the market would bear.

The price was fair; very knowledgeable I would highly recommend this company.
