I hired Tidy Services to find and pump a second septic tank on our property, and while they were at it, pump the septic tank we had already located. It was a hot day, and the pleasant workers who came out didn't seriously look for the second tank but pumped out the one we knew. They told me they could "hear" the water coming slowly from the other end of the house. Since our drains at the other end were still slow, I hired another firm who quickly found the second tank and also identified a problem with the drain line leading to it. Tidy did not do what I hired them to do and their price for the pumping they did do was considerably higher than we had paid a previous time to another septic tank firm. I will say the office staff was very pleasant and professional in setting up the appointment. I would not hire Tidy again.

They showed up and did the job, whenever I talked to those at the office they were very cordial and helpful

They could not find the septic tank, hired someone else to dig for it. They told us they could not have dug the 5 ft down to tank, they only could dig 3 ft. Once we found the tank, they did a great job pumping it out. We now have a riser so no need to ever dig to find it again.
