The three men that showed up worked efficiently. Tile floor was sprayed, scrubbed then steam cleaned. Very pleased with the result of the grout looking like new. Bedroom and two area rugs were steam cleaned. They came out looking clean and the carpet looked restored from carpet pile being raised back up in the traffic areas where it had looked beaten down. The estimate given on the phone matched the measured sq footage that I was quoted so the cost was as I expected. It took about an hour. Workers wore shoe covers and left me some in case I needed to walk on the carpet before it was dry. The choice of Thuraclean was because they were close in my area with a job and it was the soonest to get my job done. I am happy to recommend Thuraclean. Discount if paying by check was available to me.

I needed pet hair and urine cleaned out of my persian area rug and they were the first to respond to my Google search. I was quoted $200, which beat other quotes I'd received for the delicate treatment a persian requires. They came, picked up my rug, and brought it back just over a week later, wrapped in plastic. They set it down on my floor and we went outside to transfer payment and receipt. I wish I had opened it in their presence beforehand. After they left, as soon as I opened the plastic, the overwhelming smell of urine hit me. On closer inspection, the rug was still covered in pet hair and dirt. I immediately called the office where I was told they would pick the rug up and clean it again for free. I told them the rug had never been cleaned the first time, and I just want my money back. He refused and again offered to pick it back up. I told him at this point, I don't trust them, and if they are not going to refund me, I'll be speaking with my lawyer

Thura Clean responded to my request right away, came the next day and did a great job cleaning my chair. I would definitely use them again.

They were here to clean the dryer vent. They were quick and efficient. They did a very good job.

They came in and began working, at no time was a estimate given as to the charge for the service. They cleaned two chairs, and one loveseat. It took them a total of 30 minutes from the time they arrived to the time they were walking out the door. The charge for the service was $250.00. I told the guy that you have only been here 30 minutes, you are charging $500.00 per hour, his response was well, that is the going rate. He gave me a magnet with the business info on it, I gave it back, saying I would never use them a gain. You can imagine the quality of the cleaning that my furniture received as they only spent about 10 minutes on each piece ..

Overpriced

Good at cleaning and was very nice.

They left the carpet wet it took all day to dry out.
