I worked with Nick and the team at Standard Clean Outs. Nick was friendly, professional and communicated well throughout the job. From 1st contact, he was clear and prompt with his knowledge and assessment of this huge project. He was also able to work with me closely to complete the extensive paperwork required by building management and was flexible; providing quick turn-around for the submission of required documentation. Nick showed up ON TIME for each day the 2 day job and he and his efficient team worked swiftly, tirelessly and without complaint or issues of any kind. They did not make any unnecessary noise or create any messes in the common areas of this high-rise condo. Nick took virtual payment and sent electronic receipts instantly; which helped with record-keeping. Best of all, he treated us with dignity and respect during this stressful hoarding clean up. If ever I need to deal with a situation of this again, I would call Nick in a heartbeat. I highly recommend him and I'm completely satisfied with his work.

These guys are truly pros. Had a heavy wrought iron decorative stand measuring over 6ft tall and very heavy and 2 big guys brought it down three flights of stairs in narrow corridors without a scratch on the walls in less than 10 mins. I was simply amazed. Gave a great price as well beating all other vendors I obtained quotes from (and I did some thorough comparing). It was truly unexpected - I highly recommend.

The saying you get what you pay for applies in spades to Standard Cleanouts, who apparently have very high standards and work to prove it.
