I would like to take this time to thank the shake guys for doing an excellent job on replacing my wood cedar roof with a composite roof they did an excellent job. They worked very cleanly. They were extremely pleasant and finished the job on time. I would also like to take this time to thank my representative Max McCaulley for doing such a great job in getting this job taken care of. without him I don't think we could've ever succeeded in starting this job thank you, Max.also Shannon, who is the accountant at the office who is extremely helpful and such a lovely person Dustin, who was the project manager also did a great job the on-site shake manager really kept the crew moving along and very helpful in answering all my questions once again thank you shake guys for doing a great job and I'm happy to recommend you to all my friends

When I needed a new roof, Chris was there within the day with various options for me to select from, a detailed price quote, aerial photos and details for the insurance company, and most importantly, the willingness to work with me on the tight timing to get a new roof on before winter. After I signed the contract, the materials were delivered and the roof installed within the time I required. Not only was the end product spectacular, but the process was impeccable. Josh F and his fearless and professional team oversaw the project from the preparation of my property to the last nail clean up. Josh F made sure that every light fixture, planting and concern I had was covered and protected. Each time I contacted him, he replied quickly and addressed any question or worry I had. The noise, mess and expense of a new roof can be overwhelming, but Josh F made sure that I was put at ease throughout the process. Josh F and his team made sure that everything was completed with the utmost care!

Charlie (sales rep), Tyler (scheduling) and Ben (lead crew member) were all great. Charlie and Tyler were more than accommodating and accessible via phone while Ben took the time to answer my questions a few times during the actual premise cleaning. I had used a local company previously for this same type of work but am glad I made the change to the Shake Guys. .

We were very pleased with the entire process with The Shake Guys. Ryan provided a timely, very detailed quote to install shakes on our gazebo. Tyler was our main contact and kept us informed of the dates and times the crews would be out. We were very impressed with the fact that a crew was sent ahead of the actual shakes installation to put paper down to protect the exposed plywood. Diago and his crew were very respectful of our property. There were many plants around the gazebo and they were very careful not to damage or crush them. This is a professional company and we highly recommend them.

Our Association consists of three duplex units & had experienced storm damage. We contacted the Shake Guys and they addressed our issues and coordinated with our insurance company adjuster. Their work was exceptional and done in a timely manner. We would highly recommend this company with both roofs & gutter issues.

Totally professional, prompt and responsive. Had a leak and team responded within a few hours. Julio found the problem which was interior. The roof was closed and redone perfectly. All was left perfectly clean. We received photos to help in us finish. Spectacular job!

The work crew led by Julio worked very efficiently, completing the job in four full days. And they did a very thorough job of cleaning up the job site upon completion.
