Totally professional, prompt and responsive. Had a leak and team responded within a few hours. Julio found the problem which was interior. The roof was closed and redone perfectly. All was left perfectly clean. We received photos to help in us finish. Spectacular job!

The Shake Guys did a fantastic job on my took replacement from start to finish. Josh Laz did a tremendous job of working with my insurance company to get a 100% replacement covered under my policy. The work crew led by Julio worked very efficiently, completing the job in four full days. And they did a very thorough job of cleaning up the job site upon completion. Overall extremely satisfied with all aspects of this replacement. I would highly recommend them,

I recently worked with ShakeGuys for a roofing project, and I couldnâ t be happier with the entire process from start to finish. Connor the salesperson helped me navigate the insurance claim process, working directly with the insurance team to ensure I got the best possible settlement. Their expertise in this area made a big difference. Julio, the project supervisor, did an excellent job overseeing the work. The crew was extremely professional, taking great care to protect my property. They installed protective ramps to avoid damaging even my plants and completed the installation quickly and perfectly. The quality of their workmanship really stands out. While you do pay a slight premium, itâ s absolutely worth it for the peace of mind, superior craftsmanship, and trustworthiness they bring. I feel confident that if I ever need warranty work or repairs in the future, ShakeGuys will respond promptly and take care of it without any hassle. As a homeowner, taking on such a major and expensive project can be overwhelming since itâ s not something you do often. The team did a great job from start to finish. Julio managed the project professionally and kept us informed every step of the way. A deck light was inadvertently broken and he made sure it was replaced perfectly! Also appreciated the estimatorâ s great work!

Every aspect of my roof replacement was performed professionally. JOSH From sales took me through the process and made sure we were on course. JULIO, our project manager, was knowledgeable and kept us informed. He made sure everything went correctly and quickly. Our supervisors on site, FABIAN AND MARIO, checked in daily with me and made sure everything on site was done well and the site was cleaned daily. The crew worked extremely hard from dawn until after dark. Finally, the roof looks great and the job site was immaculate. I could not have asked for a better experience.
