After receiving no callbacks the following day, I reached out to The Roofing Company and got a return call almost immediately. I explained the situation to Dylan, who quickly identified the likely issue over the phone, provided a clear price range for the repair, and came out the same day. Despite the significant snow on the roof, he had no trouble accessing it, locating the leak's source, and completing a temporary repair to get me safely through the winter.
