They were on time, professional, and quick. Seemed expensive, but that may be going rate these days, plus they used a quality brand for replacement.

This is my 1st bad review,it starts with the tech telling me the cost for my hot water heater replacement was going to cost 1,950 when Agni?s list quoted just under 1,300.When I asked for a list with the breakdown of the cost he said he did not have that to call the office,he talked loud and over me. The tech bent my lever to turn off the water, because there was not enough room to shut it totally off, because the hot water heater was in the way. Within an hour after them leaving I noticed the lever was leaking. I called them and explain the situation that I now had a leak where their tech bent the lever they said they would send him back. I requested a different tech My request was ignored. The same tech came out. They said it only took a bolt to tighten to fix the leak and if I wanted the lever to be replaced, they would charge me for that because it was my fault that the lever was in the wrong place. They should have called the Water Company to turn the water off instead of bending the lever. There was quite the puddle of water under the old heater. The tech said he would wipe that up. I showed him where I place the garbage can for him to discard his paper towels. He said thank you when I went to throw away and clean up the mess. There was no paper towels. When it comes to the warranty they gave me,my model number does not show up on the warranty when I asked why the lady in the office told me it was because they had to put a slim heater in because there was not enough room. That does not make any sense to me. My warranty should have the model number on it.

My husband and I could not be happier. We had plumbing issues with toilet and bathtubs . Nick was amazing and explained everything so we could understand. Matt came out as well to make sure all was good. We are very impressed with EVERYTHING about them. Very honest company. Thank you.so much Nick.
