Robert did a great job of explaining why we needed a stronger antenna than the one we were planning on having him install and was very accommodating substituting a better one for us. He did a great job on the installation even though it was almost dark. I would have loved to make this a complete 5.0, and I understand that the timing of these projects cannot always be predicted accurately; but we could have used more communication regarding changes to the ETA (we expected him around noon and he came at 4:30 p.m., having notified us at 3:30). In the end, it was worth the wait, however! We would definitely recommend.
