This company is run by veterans and it shows, the attention to detail and the demand to be thorough are all there. My home inspection cost $376, and every penny was well spent. They left no stone unturned, no issue was skipped. They treated the home I’m going to purchase as if it were their home. I was given recommendations from my realtor, I read reviews on the person she referred me to. I was skeptical. I reached out to this team, and after one phone call I knew I had to hire them. I trust them, and there’s no reason as to why you shouldn’t trust them to inspect your home. In addition to their thorough service… if any issue arise that need immediate attention, it only costs $35 for them to come back and inspect that everything was done right.

A lot of things were missed. My roof is leaking and it was not detected and the inspection report. Excessive work had to be done to the fireplace and I was told only the flashing needed replacing

The Home Inspection Squad did a great job on my home inspection. I called them on a Saturday, and they were at my soon to be home on Tuesday! They found 2 problems with the house I am buying, and I was able to get the home owners to fix them before we close! I definitely recommend them!!!
