We had an electrical system evaluation done. Our tech, David, was excellent at explaining what was not up to code and why. Very pleased. He was very thorough. We did not have any work done, but we plan on following up with Happy Outlet to have the suggested repairs.

Excellent workmanship. Excellent customer service! The technician took the time to instruct me on what I can do on my end when a problem occurs before calling for service.

David was courteous, skilled and forthright with information about services. He was not overly aggressive with other company services which I appreciated based on my limited budget. I would recommend them to anyone.

Doesn't matter time or day Happy Outlet employees are always smiling, courteous, helpful and eager to answer any questions. We are keeping them on a continual contract because it is worth knowing that the work they do will be done right the first time, and the quality of work and product is guaranteed. We love all the personnel they send. We feel they do a great vetting process.

Straight up awesome! Bought a house a year ago and over time have found some sketchy stuff previous owner had done. Have had "Happy Outlet" out twice and they are amazing! Not only are David, Brett, and the rest of the crew great at what they do and charge a fair price but they are awesome people. They are nice, friendly, and respectful people coming in your home. Just over all great people! Out of a 5 star rating system I'd give them 10. P.S. I'm not some friend leave a good review for a buddy of mine. I've never met any of them before this. I'm leaving this review because they have just left that good of an impression in me! Conclusion: they are awesome, highly recommend, and thanks you to all of them there!

We needed an outside electrical panel repaired/replaced. They did an excellent job and were finished in a timely manner, They have done other electrical work in our home and we have been very happy with the work done.

David G. With The Happy Outlet worked ob a number of electrical problems, repairs, installations and upgrades we had been wanting for almost a year. He worked diligently using his expertise to provide an estimate for each request initially, then beginning to complete each item one after the other professionally. He was friendly and helpful and did not complain about the surrounding chaos . We are in the middle of remodeling the kitchen, replacing the downstairs flooring and remodeling the master bathroom to accomadate handicapped access. Each project was in the throws of demolituon. We also have large dogs who wereantsy with everythung going on around them. Undaunted and calm he met each challenge efficiently without complaint. He is welcome in our house anytime and hopefully will be our swrviceman miving forward for any future electrical needs.
