Poorly trained employee ripped brand new roof shingles and severely bent drip edge. They installed knock-off gutter guard not Shur Flo as noted in the contract. No communication regarding this. Extreme gaps in gutter guard and roof and shingles after damaged. The owner not reimbursing for full cost of roof repair costs and is now unresponsive.

As previously stated. Due to a shortage in gutter guards, we used an upgraded product. It had a lifetime warranty versus a 25 year warranty. When she called for service we were out there the next day. She refused to let our lead installer up there. She then wanted money for repairs, she provided numbers that were supposed to be an estimate from her roofer. The drip on her roof was installed tight, it had to be pulled out in order to get the gutter behind it. It could not be pulled with a straight edge as we could not get a clean edge like you would with a brake. We have no proof the shingles were ripped, as our installer said they did not touch the shingles, and she would not let us up there to view it. She did not provide us with an actual estimate from her roofer, just her figures. The figures were grossly inflated. We ran the same software the insurance companies use, Xactware PRM to get a cost and ran another national average based site to get an offer for her. She refused this offer and then increased her asking by 1/3 of her previous amount, making the total she wanted back, over what she paid for the entire job.

Extremely pleased with their service. I called and recieved 4 quotes. The Gutter truck was not the least expensive, but second. I decided to go with them because they seemed the most professional. They were very prompt and kept in constant contact with me any and every little unforseen complication. One small thing became an issue, and they didn't bat an eye, came back and fixed the situation promptly. Would highly recommend.
