They were very courteous and totally punctual for both the assessment visit and the workday. Straightforward about the payment, which I thought was reasonable. They left my work areas (around kitchen and bathroom sinks and bathtub bases) spotless. Very pleased!

This is a "Mom and Pop" business. Both came for the estimate. We got a written estimate; I reviewed it and agreed to hire them. Their estimate was reasonable and below another estimate. The work was done on the agreed upon days and completed on time. The grout was gleaned, repaired and the color changed as promised. The whole experience with these folks was very positive and would/will use them if we have another grout/tile issue. Highly recommend them.

Very professional in all aspects ! Shawn and Lisa are very cordial and excellent to work with, from initial estimating, demoing of several prospective grout shades, through timely completion of the project, and providing instruction on how to maintain the beautiful results. They cleaned and repaired the grout and tile and sealed my bathroom shower floor and walls and the bathroom tile floor. It is such a change ! Iâ m thrilled to have the tile stand out rather than the dirty grout !
