They confirmed the date and time of service. They were there when they said they would be. Worked quickly and efficiently. Were very helpful and polite. I was MORE than pleased with their service and work. I've recommended them to others and will continue to do so. My floors looked fantastic and it was well worth the cost. For the work they did, I also feel the cost was fair.

Vile Allen did the work, which was excellent. Three months before he cleaned and sealed my tile and grout another well known company had done the same work - TERRIBLE, it only lasted 3 months; however Kyles has lasted to date one year and still looking good. Arrived on time for both the initial inspection and the day of completion, inspected my tile shower and gave a recommendation and why, the result is excellent- looks like new. I hope it wears well but there is a guarantee that goes with it. I would recommended them.
