The Grout Medic

This was the third time that we had used Mike, and his company The Grout Medic, and we have always the best of service and results. The work he did was as quoted, quick, cleaned up after himself, and the results were top notch. He also provided suggestions on how we could keep the tile looking clean and shiny which we are using. Mike is a true professional and a pleasure to do business with.

Nick and Chris were wonderful, professional, polite wanted to be sure we were happy before they left. We would certainly recommend them.

Grout Medic has worked in our home in several area cleaning and repairing grout. We had problems due to the construction of our shower and Mike came back 3 times without additional cost or questions. Very impressed with his work ethic and does a great job!

Grout Medic performed work in two bathrooms and the kitchen. They came on time, went right to work, and the work was excellent when finished. New grout "pops" and is really an improvement over (a) the old cracked grout and (b) the incredibly sloppy grout work that I did. Mike (owner) came first for an estimate and to provide a start date. I really, strongly recommend Grout Medic Omaha for especially good, prompt, high-quality grout work. Much, much better than doing it yourself.

I hired them to re-caulk the entire floor and bathtub of my full bath. In the master bath, I had already removed the old grout/caulk from the top of the fiberglass shower stall where it meets the tile and there was a huge gap, anywhere between 1/8 inch to 1/4 inch and received various opinions on what material I should use to repair it. I was overwhelmed and decided a professional should decide what to use (grout or caulk) so I called Grout Medic. They re-caulked that area, around the ceiling and door frames, etc. For the estimate, he arrived within 5 minutes of the scheduled time and for the repair they were right on time. Both bathrooms took approx 2 hours and was just under $200.

The serviceman was prompt and did the exact work promised in the time given. I was extremely happy with the results since this company did a much better job than the original company that installed the tile and grout.

We had a simple grout replacement in the kitchen. The appointment was made efficiently and the serviceman was prompt and efficient.

The owner came and gave an estimate and was friendly and knowledgeable. Was able to get the job done in half a day. removed and replaced the back wall of a bathtub. Also, replaced old and destroyed plaster board.
