Do not waste your money or your time. Our bathroom regrout is already coming up and water is under the tiles. Original job done in Nov 2019, repair to that job Jan 2020. 3 days later grout came out. I m done!

Very Sorry to hear that Dana, but Grout needs to have a reason to come out, it just doesn't come out by itself. The most common reason is movement. When I did the estimate with you I told you that as long as it wasn't an improper install job and there weren't sub-floor problems, the Mapei Flex Cq grout may be able to fix the issue. If the Grout started to come out again, it's not due to our workmanship, but you have a larger issue going on. You did 1 job with us and then had us come back weeks later to do a second, then wanted to book a 3rd job, but now blaming us for something that we cant control. Your review is quite unfair. I unders

The pro who did the job was very nice and polite. He even called to say he was running late. The problem is that he was on his cell phone about 90% of the time he was here doing the job. It is impossible to give 100% of your attention/focus to anything when you are also on the phone. I called and emailed the owner. They returned my call, took my concerns seriously and came back to my home. Chris is wonderful , he had a great attitude and addressed my concerns 100%. I would recommend them. They take customer satisfaction seriously.

We were looking for someone to re-grout our master shower stall prior to installing a new glass door. Tony came out and provided an estimate very quickly. It took some time to actually have the services done as his company is very busy. It was definitely worth the wait. The shower stall looks fantastic. We would hire him again, for sure.
