The customer service was good. They showed up when they said they would, and completed the project early. However, they didn't do a great job paying attention to details when trimming the foam & cleaning up afterwards. I had to spend a few hours trimming foam they missed, so that drywall could go up without interference, and dealing with staples and foam on painted walls.

Green Cocoon did a quality job except for spray foaming over my roof ridge vent. Green Cocoon admitted that it was their fault but were very reluctant to fix the problem. I had over 12 back and forth communications with them before it was resolved in my favor. All the workers were extremely nice. The communications with Green Cocoon were very prompt; the best of any contractor I have ever used.If it were not for the mistake they made spray foaming my roof ridge vent and slow resolution to it I would have given them five stars.
