TJ and his crew were nothing short of excellent! I opted to use this company after having a sit down with TJ who patiently explained all details, listened to my concerns and requests. He made me feel very comfortable and he exuded trust and confidence in his company. Once the job started his crew were professional and communicative. The one thing that stood out was TJ’s manner of communication. He ALWAYS either answered his phone or responded by text to let me know he’s busy but follows through on calling back - that’s professional. I HIGHLY recommend The Floor Fathers! TJ and Chris are extremely hands on in their business , they do their own walk throughs to ensure things are going well. We had an issue with another company delivering the incorrect tiles which got installed (no fault of TJ’s). They worked diligently with me and ensure I was happy at the end. From start to finish TJ made everything go smoothly and very professional. We are very happy with our floors and the quality of work put into them. I am also very happy with the attention that TJ kept to our project.
