After a surprisingly sudden and intense hailstorm in Connecticut, TEC inspected our roof and identified visible damage. Jeremy Damiano was our project manager and did an excellent job. During the walkthough and follow-up with my insurance company, he made sure everything was communicated effectively. He was friendly, professional, and courteous. He made sure all my concerns and special requests were taken care of, and did a thorough inspection at the end of installation. I really felt that my trust was well-placed.
