Patrick (in the office), and Joe (the appraiser), were fantastic. They were in constant contact with me and when I reach out to them they got back to me right away. They were on time and went above and beyond to get the appraisal done for me in a very timely manner. I HIGHLY recommend hiring them if you need them, you won't be disappointed.
