Our landscape architecture and construction studio, Twistleaf, contacted Texan Water in spring 2023 to assess the condition of an existing well at a clients property in Fredericksburg, in preparation for a large-scale landscape renovation project. Their technician was the consummate professional. Extremely responsive and knowledgeable, he took the time to answer all of our questions in person, then always followed-up with reporting and work orders as promised. After the initial assessment and with the passage of time, it was clear that additional work needed to be done on the well, which Texan Water executed in a timely and reliable manner, in concert with other trades working on site. We were impressed with the professionalism of their entire staff, as well as how quickly they were able to fit us into their schedule each time we needed them. Texan Water really earned our trust and continues to maintain the well. We will definitely work with them in the future for water well drilling or repair.

I was very impressed with their professionalism and honesty. Everything they said they were going to do they did. They showed up on time and completed the work quickly even though they had to search for a pump that was a bit larger. They had given me a quote at the beginning of the project and even though there was additional equipment brought in to replace the old stuff they did not change the amount of the original quote by one cent. Very impressed with these folks and would recommend easily to anyone who asks me for a referral.

Great service and quality

During the recent winter event, they got two frozen and broken well pumps fixed in a timely and professional manner. They were obviously extremely busy, but they communicated their schedule and kept us up to speed when others couldn't get to us for weeks. The tech (Joe) did great work and even upgraded some outdated wiring at a very fair price while he was on site. Great experience and great company!
