One day in and out was all business everthing went really well

We called Telford Reynolds Electric to learn about whole house generators after Hurricane Michael destroyed most of the Florida Panhandle in October 2018. Even though Mr. Reynoldsâ  office and home were damaged after the hurricane he still provided service to his customers. One of his satisfied customers recommended him to us and we are glad they did. He explained everything to us and made sure we understood all our options and then gave us firm prices based on our choices. His men came when scheduled and acted professional during the entire process. Our 22 KW Generac Generator was installed in early February 2019 and has worked perfectly since. We will recommend Reynolds Electric to anyone asking our opinion. We found them to be honest, reliable and professional.

Remember that these people are working overtime after Hurricane Michael. The receptionist sent two wonderful young men to reconnect my Electric power to my home. This company was up and running as soon as possible after Hurricane Michael hit the Florida panhandle. Working from their vehicles, homes and with very limited cell service they answered the call. Up front about cost and charges and not scamming the customers. Explained their work and making recommendations throughout. Decision making was left up to the customer without pressuring them.
