Charged double the original estimate to *prep brick* so the job would be durable and the paint would not fail. Brick started bleeding through less than a year after job was completed. Refuses to stand by warranty which was clearly listed on their website. Would never ever recommend them for any type of service. If you are unfortunate enough to hire them, be warned and keep track of how many people are on site and for how long.

I'm sincerely disappointed reading your review as our reputation means a lot to us. After speaking with our coating vendor specialist, it was clear that we did everything they required to prepare the brick in a manner that should have not failed. Unfortunately, the unforeseen was that the top of your brick home was more than likely never capped properly. There are several areas where water can get into the brick. In turn, unknown to us the moisture built up and the reacted salts in the brick worked through the coating. This is much like efflorescence in concrete block. Without correcting the root cause, any additional efforts to cover it with a new coating would be futile. "Per and email that I sent in December of 2018: I understand your frustration but you have to understand that I cant warranty damages that are outside of my control. Im willing to sit down and talk about a plan of action to help you correct the problem, however, I cant absorb that cost. Youre looking at a root cause that I think is structural in nature that should be addressed first before correcting the damages to the paint coating. I hope you can understand that I painted the house with all the proper methods and unfortunately the damages caused here are beyond Integrity Painting Pros control. I hope that we can resolve this issue together. "
