The crew worked together like a finely trained professional team. Work was excellent and efficient. Cleanup was amazing. Definitely recommend.

Bill rarely answers his phone, but he does return calls promptly. A busy guy! He was soon able to survey the work and give his estimate, which was reasonable. I had him come back to add in a few things that were missed; the estimate still seemed fair. It took six weeks before the work happened. It was a large project. Almost two dozen trees were felled. Some were left in the woods to decay, some were ground up on site with the chips being left for me to use as mulch, and some were hauled off site. Besides the felling, some large overhanging limbs from an old oak tree were removed from above the roof of our house. These oak limbs, and some of the felled trees, were cut up into firewood length for my future use in my wood stove. The project was completed in two days. The crew was very competent. Bill was on-site, supervising and contributing throughout. Bill easily accommodated the few minor fix-up requests that I had, and he contributed many minor additions/enhancements to the project that we had both previously overlooked. He's a good guy, the crew is a good crew. If and when needed, I know that I'll gladly have them back.

Mike Ciotti was my project manager. Mike is very approachable and knows his stuff. On our initial meeting he answered all my questions and concerns and explained everything thoroughly. Pricing was competitive and there was no heavy-handed sales pitch. The work was as done with the greatest possible care and the team on site was pleasant, respectful and kept us informed of everything as the work progressed. An overall great experience. I would not hesitate to use Team Tree Service again and would definitely recommend to others.
