Project was completed on schedule and on budget. The whole house was remodeled and it looks gorgeous. I would highly recommend this team of professionals.

I will definitely hire TK Remodel for our next project. I have a 50 year old home that had a very tiny outdated master bath. I wanted to increase the size and bring the bathroom into the 21st century. When I first requested an estimate for the remodel, Tommy, the owner, was at our house within 2 days to go over what I wanted. He said he could have the job completed in three weeks. Other contractors estimated time to completion was 2 -3 months. Tommy and his team were at the house everyday, except weekends, and completed the job in the 3 week timeframe. The workmanship was excellent and Tommy was communicative. There were no surprises at the end of the project. I now have a beautiful 216 sq ft master bath with all the bells and whistles. I definitely recommend Tommy and his team of professionals.

If possible I would have rated Tommy Kirk & TK Remodeling as a 10 out of your 5-point scale, and I am not easy to please. From start to finish, Tommy was EXCEPTIONAL!!! He came quickly to view the work we needed, asked lots of questions about our wants and needs, and emailed an estimate the next day. Before he started Tommy explained what he would be working on when, and anytime a change was needed, he told us what and why--he could not have communicated any more or any better. As the project moved forward Tommy offered great suggestions and alternatives, and was always cognizant of our desire to keep costs as low as we could. He was doing such a great job that, even before he completed our original project, we asked him to do some additional work. And after he finished those we asked him to customize the shower in our master bathroom! Tommy removed wallpaper in two rooms, painted several rooms, tiled a bathroom floor, installed a beautiful mosaic tile backsplash in the kitchen, acted as general contractor for carpeting and our granite kitchen counters, and is now far along on that beautiful new shower. We have already recommended TK Remodeling to several friends and co-workers and will continue to share his name with anyone we hear needing quality work! Thanks, Tommy!

Hired Tommy to trim/paint an attic access area, install a new pvc fence section, a trellis, reattach the latch on an old gate and reset the back door. Great job! Door works like a dream, trim looks perfect and the fence section went in quickly. Although the gate latch took a bit of creative work, it now works just fine. Tidy, organized and fun to work with!

I hired another contractor to replace and paint some trim in my house. Much to my dismay they did a terrible job and I needed it to be completely redone ASAP. I found TK online and could not be happier with the work. Tommy came the next day to give me an estimate on the work and completed the project the following week. He was professional and great to work with. I will definitely be using his company again!

We could not be more pleased with the services provided by TK Remodel. We left our home while Tommy and his team worked for the week and while we were gone, Tommy communicated with us every day. I was very very happy hiring Tommy Kirk to help us remodel our master bathroom. He did an excellent job retiling the floor, instilling light fixtures, and removing and resetting faucet fixtures. He fixed a large leak in a different part of the house caused by a rain storm and Tommy was able to remove and replace the dry wall, as well as the damaged wood beams, paint and add floor board. All at done exceptionally well. Tommy and his son run an outstanding professional business. He was extremely flexible with our demanding schedules and was alway available via phone or quick email!!
