There must have been a misunderstanding about where to place the debris, limbs, etc. It was put on property adjacent to ours, so we had to call and get them to come back out and re-do the clean-up. They came out within the week, after my husband had them do some additional (with pay) tree work. Overall, I would hire them again, very reasonable price for their work, and cleaned up the debris, but would make sure we are on "same page" :)

They did a fine job. While I understand things come up, they did not contact me on the delay of their arrival. And I had to call. Hence less than 5 for customer service.
