TLC replaced a large retaining wall along my property line which had failed. They took care of everything from removing the old wall and hauling away materials through planting new grass, all with minimal disruption on my neighbor’s property. Throughout the whole process they were very communicative and thoroughly explained their constructions plans for the update, down to the level of where each individual brick would go, so you know what you’re getting when you start the project. Much of the work: a large amount of compacted gravel, geogrid, proper drainage under the soil you can’t see when the job is complete, but I have confidence that the construction is done the best way possible. In the end I have upgraded curb appeal and level, no longer shifting ground beside my house.

Tyler and Jacob were amazing to work with. While we didn’t pursue our project in the end, they were wonderful at educating us about the project. They took time to meet with us twice and brought visual aids to help us understand the process.

Tyler and his crew did an outstanding job removing the original crumbling brick entranceway and building a replacement stone wall. And that was with our constant tweaking and changing the original specs. Recommend!

Tyler from T&I was the very first to respond to my estimate queries. He had a very reasonable offer for me that afternoon. And was even willing to get started that same day. Unfortunately I was still at work when he came, but I told him he could get started without me. He took it upon himself to go ahead and mow the entire 1/4 acre lot, even trimmed the bushes, and he had no guarantee that I was going to pay the bill. He took a huge leap of faith on me, and his graciousness was extraordinary. Iâ m thrilled to know my lawn is now in his care this summer.
