TC removed mold from my crawlspace, replaced the insulation, and installed a french drain and plastic. Mr. Cortez assessed the situation and presented me with my options and did not try to sell anything I did not need. He and his crew did an exceptional job. I highly recommend TC for your crawlspace needs.

TC was very professional and he explained each process to me and provided me with pictures.. I contacted him and he came out the next day. He provide me with an reasonable estimate. Once the project was completed he clean up his work area. I would definitely recommend him. Excellent Job.

Mr. Cortez was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough. He explained the issues, found the source of the problem, and fixed the source. Mr. Cortez is a hard worker and I am super grateful that I hired him. He was on time and willing to explain when I did not understand. The best part of my experience was TC walked me through the issues and pointed out the source so that I was fully aware of what he was doing. If you have mold issues, need excavation, waterproofing, installation of a French drain system, hire TC!
