Phil was fantastic! He built us the perfect deck on budget and ahead of schedule. His design was exactly like we were picturing and he communicated very well through the entire process.

Phil Thebolt does all the work himself. He gave us an accurate estimate of work to be done, cost and time to complete the project. He expertly demolished the surface and railings of the old deck, hauled away the old wood, and replaced the deck with composite decking and railings. He cleared the ground under the deck and placed landscaping fabric and stones for a weed-free finished appearance. He expanded part of the deck to make it larger, and installed two sets of stairs off the deck to the ground. When he finished the project, he power washed the deck so we have a beautiful new area to enjoy. He finished the project on time and on budget. He was very pleasant and kept us informed as to his progress. I loved the work and would positively call him again if we decide on another project.

Phil Thebolt contacted us immediately to schedule a build date. From the beginning, I knew he was the right person for the job. He was knowledgeable, patient and kind. From making the plans, to picking out the colors, he helped us from beginning to the end. He made himself available for any questions I had. His work ethic is impeccable. He worked during good weather and bad. Many days he worked long hours to finish the job on time. Once he finished the job, he cleaned up his work to ensure there were no materials, parts or nails lingering in the yard. Since I have young children, I certainly appreciated the cleanup. Phil is an excellent worker that I highly recommend to anyone looking for this type of work. We are so pleased with our new deck and are looking forward to enjoying it.

Phil was great to work with. He helped me develop my plan and was willing to work with whatever ideas I came up with. Even up to the day he started the deck framing I was still "modifying" my final design. In the end he extended his stay on the job to complete more work than I had originally contracted for. He always responded to emails and questions quickly, was always right on time to the job and was generally very pleasant to work with. I will be looking to hire him again for future work.
