System Pavers

We just had System Pavers put in our back patio and we are so happy with how it turned out. We can't wait to actually use it this summer! Honestly, the crew that showed up to do the work was awesome. They worked incredibly hard, were super friendly, and never made us feel bad for asking questions. Our project manager was also great and very involved and helpful at every stage of the project. We went with System Pavers mainly because of their warranty and because we'd seen other work they'd done. Safe to say it did not disappoint. The one thing I'd suggest they improve is the design process. When we met with the design consultant upfront, he put together a rough drawing. We were told it was mostly just to ballpark costs and that the real design would come together closer to install. The issue is we never actually received that drawing, so we ended up having to finalize everything with the construction manager kind of last minute. It really wasn't a big deal, especially since we asked them to hold off on starting for several months while we finished up some other backyard projects. A clearer process there would make an already great experience even better. We would absolutely recommend System Pavers. Great work, great people.

Switching from Poolie to Blue Premier Pools was the best decision we’ve made. Our pool is now consistently clean after each service. The owner, Ed, is incredibly responsive and reliable. His assistance has made the transition seamless and stress-free. The quality of service is worth every penny! Highly recommend them!

System Pavers excelled from beginning to end with our complete Driveway paver project. It actually came out better than I ever expected and I'm completely happy with the results. Every day we're getting compliments from neighbors and friends as to how beautiful the driveway came out. The pavers picked and install style (Angelus pavers, Antique Cobble I & II, Combo Herringbone, Gray/Moss/Charcoal color, runner border, install quality all added up to a beautiful and clean install!!!

Overall very disappointed, multiple issues with my project which started with incorrect pavers installed, to no shows/delays in fixing, to final product sealed with stains. I had a rather simple job and maybe it just wasn't big enough to get the attention I believe a paying customer deserved. Once job was "complete" with multiple issues I was berated with text and calls to sign a completion certificate and pay my final invoice. I signed with all my comments, pictures, and issues then made payment only to receive no additional feedback or support. Very disappointing and unprofessional overall

Our experience with System Pavers started out strong but went significantly downhill once construction began. The sales representative, Jay, was excellent. He was responsive, timely, and thorough in answering questions during and after the sales process. Unfortunately, once the project was handed off to the project manager, Colin, the experience deteriorated quickly. We did not meet the project manager in person until the very last day of the project, which is unacceptable. Colin did not show up for the initial walk through and repeatedly ignored messages. He also failed to clearly communicate the scope of work to his crew, who often did not even have the approved drawings on site. On multiple occasions, we had to instruct the crew ourselves on what the actual design was supposed to be. The crew’s workmanship itself was adequate. However, because there was little to no on site project management, mistakes were made that then had to be corrected. To make matters worse, we were presented with change orders for work that resulted directly from this lack of oversight. More concerning, it has now been over 4 months since the substantial completion walkthrough and the project was never fully finished. We ultimately had to hire another contractor to complete the remaining work, and it took another month to received the original warranty certificate. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend System Pavers if this is the level of project management provided. The lack of communication, accountability, and follow through overshadowed what could have been a much better experience.

Very professional. Created the patio exactly how I wanted it to look. Easy to work with.

We are very System Pavers. The whole experience could not have been better. The job turned out beautiful VERY IMPRESSED!

They were easy to work with, great communication and completed the job with out any delay.
