these guys are good.I don`t know much about black top, but they taught me what I needed to know . It really looks good. I`ve gotten a lot of compliments on the driveway. the price was very competitive. great job.

Driveway looks nice, but they didn't seal it. They haven't responded to my message asking about whether sealing was included. I guess I'll have to do that myself. I also spent several hours cleaning stone and tar out of the grass.

Communication needs work. Overall, the work was fast and good when they started. I do have some issues with the pavement, but have not talked with them yet.

When shopping for a blacktop paver company, go with the best negotiated price (there is always wiggle room in price) because they all promise the same thing and from what I ve seen - they all do the same job. Do not expect any custom work repairing your drive other than leveling before application even though you re led to believe this would be done. My finished drive looks good and is a vast improvement over the original BUT I have great concerns over the side drainage issues that were not corrected as promised. Swartz paving did a great job at paving our drive - on time, friendly, professional, and affordable. They won the contract over other companies because of price and promised additional attention to drainage. The latter was poorly addressed.

Scott Swartz and team did an excelent job grading our 3500 square foot driveway. They sealed and applied an exceptional asphalt surface. We are extremely happy with their professional manner and performance. This is the company to choose for an asphalt driveway

Scott (owner) took care of us from start to finish. Showed up with about 6 hard working employees and start to finish was done with my driveway in 3 hrs. Very professional. Definitely will recommend.
