Write a ReviewVery professional, had our job completed by noon, reached out to me before business hours
I submitted a request for a call at approx 7 am and had a call back within minutes (before the opened for business hours). A group of three amazing men came to our home by 9 am (we lived an hour away). And they diagnosed the problem and had it fixed by noon. Very well at educating me as well due to never having a well system before. I will use them again for any and all of our needs. Unsure comparison of cost to other places but most definitely worth it!
Very Professional
They were prompt , friendly, professional. They did what they said they would do. Would use them again!
Very friendly, yet professional. Came out the same day ( A Friday). Looked everything over and got all the necessary information. Returned on Monday with all necessary parts. Work was accomplished in several hours, replacing deep well pump and tank. Invoice was exactly as quoted. Ver pleased with work, will use them again!
They were the first to call and they came out immediately. Very friendly and they fixed the problem in no time. Would recommend them for all well and pump repairs.
Poor workmanship, Did not stand behind his work, had Superficial politeness, try to sell us, and unnecessary staff. Our house is on well water. On April 2020 and after 18 years of reliable service, the 1.5hp submersible well pump went out. Our builder used a company from Florence when the house was built. we could not find the companys info, so we found Sutton Pump on google. And they replaced the pump, pipes, etc. On the evening of Dec. 13, 2022, the water stopped when my son was about to finish his shower. There were 240V to the pump after checking using a multimeter. The pressure switch was in good order. We cut off the power to the pump. The next morning, we called Mr. Sutton. They pulled the pump out. it appeared that the 1 PVC pipe joint failed. It is poor workmanship. We understand that things happen. However, there is no excuse. I am sorry. Here are some of his reasonings for the failure. 1. Well tanks are too old. The bladder set pressure should be 38psi while was measured at 26psi. ( 26psi will make the tank draw down to 6.4 Gal vs. 9.4 gals at 38psi. And how was it related to pipe joint failure?) 2. There is sand in the well. He did see some sand in the water filter (how will this be relevant?) 3. Water hammering (previous pipe joints lasted more than 18 years) 4. Pump is overheating and heated the joint (this joint is about 26 feet above the pump with 20gal per min of cool well water flowing past it as coolant) 5. water leaked back the pump and needs a backflow valve (?? Well pump has a built-in backflow valve and water tank pressure did not drop in the tank when no water was used) Yes, he charged us the full amount. In addition, he did not take the backflow valve off the bill. The reason -is he has to use extra long coupling to reconnect the PVC pipes (Sounded like he was planning to use the shorter couplings !) After they left, we were surprised to see what is under the well cover-a total mess of pipe insulation, no seals on the wire cable entrance hole, etc...
Great experience with them. Great communication, prompt and friendly. Would definitely use them again and recommend to others.
Very courteous , knowlegible. Friendly. I would use them again and recommend them to others.
This guy went over and beyond. He was scheduled on Monday but rearranged it to come today. I was with no water off and on day and a half. Two thumbs up ð ð plus I had a large tree down in my yard I was taking care of due to this hurricane. All went well!!
