We had 2 separate granite countertop issues. 1. Chip on the top edge of the kitchen countertop. 2. Natural void on top surface of master bathroom countertop. After they were fixed job the fixed areas blended with the rest of the countertops. Now we have beautiful countertops that all look new!

Highest praise. All the staff members that I spoke with were authentically customer satisfaction oriented. Joel did the work on site and was courteous, professional, and incredibly detail oriented . Bottom line , we aren’t just happy , but rather , elated .

We were extremely disappointed with Surface Experts! We trusted them with resurfacing our tubs and surrounds. The scheduling was unprofessional, they wouldn't show at scheduled times and our sales rep would forget to schedule us with the techs. We did get a new sales rep and she did so much better on her end but the resurfacing it self was terrible. To the point the owner came out to see for himself and agreed to redo all units. The redo of the resurfacing was not any better still peeling. The new sales rep came out and confirmed this and sent the tech back out 2 more times. We have paid thousands of dollars to them only to have to have a new company fix the tubs and surrounds. We will never use Surface Experts on any of our properties again and have let my fellow property managers know. I have lots of emails, texts, and pics to back this up.

They were able to come out and do what I needed to be done relatively quickly, they did a great job. Once my tub dried, there were a few areas that need to be touched up and they came out within a few days and were able to touch it up and it looks great. I had my tub reglazed and I also had two tile floors, reglazed, and everything looks superb.
