Richard was SO helpful throughout the whole process! I had a million questions, and he was so nice and patient with me. He really goes the extra mile to give you what you want and to communicate with his clients. I thought his quote was a little expensive, but I am so glad I trusted my gut and went with him. I have had my house power washed for cheaper in the past, and ended up with the siding on my home damaged. Obviously, I was hesitant afterward to have it done again. Now years later, Richard walked me through everything, made me aware of all of my options, and it is clear that he really cares about his customers and the appearance/integrity of their homes. If you want someone to do the job in a timely manner, and if you want it done RIGHT THE FIRST TIME, DEFINITELY CALL THESE GUYS!

I contacted Home Advisor as to the work I needed done. Honestly, Richard contacted me within 10 minutes of submitting my request! No one other than Richard contacted me. What a self motivated young man! I was impressed. I did not read his reviews, but my gut feeling was that he would do a good job. Richard and his crew chopped up fallen tree limbs, removed debris and leaves from the yard, cleaned out my gutters . . . and all in a timely fashion within 4 days of my initial contact. I am presently getting together a punch list of jobs I need done to submit to Richard.

Talked with the owner Richard on a Saturday and he came by to give me an estimate. I prepaid with a check and he was back on Tuesday to do the work. He cleared leaves from our lawn and even sent me a text to make sure to have someone shut the garage after he cleared out some leaves. The yard looked terrific. I would definitely hire Richard again for future yard needs.

At the last minute also removed large pieces of furniture that had not breen collected from the estate sale. Extremely helpful in getting this job done in addition to cleaning the house and shampooing the rugs. Even swept out the basement and garage. Excellent work.
