Bob contacted us to enquire if they could begin the work a few days earlier than scheduled. We consented to that and they began work ahead of schedule. The crew was three men, Bob, Ryan and Ryan. They were courteous and respectful and efficient. I have a background in construction trades so I know good mechanics when I see them. These men were pros and did a quality installation. I am very satisfied with the job they did and our home is far more comfortable since they finished. I know that our furnace runs significantly less and I expect our energy costs will be less. I emphatically recommend Superior Insulation and especially Bob and the crew. You will not be disappointed.

Got the work done in a professional and timely manner

Team was on time, pleasant and easy to work with. They werea also able to work around a delay in another home improvement project that was in process. The team was able to complete the task in a very timely manner. However, the additional access panel was not executed as outlined on the contract and they were able to work with the other contractor and improvised a different access point to install the insulation.

The owner of the company did my estimate, and was wonderful in explaining things, and at no point did I feel I was being up sold or steered in any direction. The two installers were pleasant, quiet, worked clean and quickly. They left the house as clean as it had been when they arrived, and I am already appreciating a change in the air temperature in my upstairs. I would completely recommend Superior Insulation.

Had a few issues, but that is to be expected any time you hire a contractor. Everything was perfect when they were done. Pat, the crew supervisor, displayed outstanding customer service and expertise. They did spray foam, dense pack fiberglass, and sheet rock in my home. All work was done well.

The employees were very professional. They did a great job and cleaned up well. They were quick to address all our concerns. I would definitely use them again.

Kathy was great and worked to save me money. I would recommend them if you live in Solvay.
