Sunset Roofing

Sunset did a fine job on our roof. It was a two-day job and the work crew was on-time each morning at 7:00 am. The guys worked until about 8:00 pm on the first day, then had everything completed by 6:00 pm the next. The work quality was very good and the clean-up was also good. I'm pleased with Sunset and would hire them again.

The workmen were very polite and introduced them selves as soon as we talked. Any mess made was cleaned up when they left and they were here when they said they would be. The weather was in the 90s and they worked right thru it. The work performed was done on the soffits not on the roof.

They were great from start to finish. They worked with me as much as they could on price and schedule. They came out when they said they would and did a wonderful job.

These guys are great, high quality work done on time for a reasonable price. Roman made the job quick and easy, I wish I had hired them to put the original roof on.

It has a been about a month since Sunset Maintenance installed our new roof. Roman was our first contact and stayed with us until we were satisfied in every aspect. Her started by making a more thorough inspection of all aspects of our roof than any other bidder(we had 7 companies come by before making our decision). Roman then explained any questionable / problematic area and the recommended remedy. He showed us ventilation solutions that the others (those who bothered to check) did not seem to know about. The roof was installed quickly and professionally. There were a few minor problems but Roman had the back up crew here promptly to fix each one to our satisfaction
