Sullivan Wood Floors

Overall excellent experience. Matt Sullivan personally visited and prepared a complete estimate. We checked his references and engaged him. On the scheduled day he arrived timely, fully equipped to do the job, complete refinishing a 100 year old southern pine floor in a seasonal cottage. His work was meticulous,, efficiently done with fine attention to detail. He completed the job on time as scheduled and assured us that if any problems are noted he would return to make the job satisfactory. Could nor have been more pleased. Highly recommended.

Matt did a great job. It was the hottest week of the summer and he worked through it and got the job done on schedule despite the heat, and most importantly the floors came out excellent - I couldn't be happier with the results. Also, I was concerned about the amount of dust that I would have to clean after the job, but it was not a problem at all-not sure how he was able to sand an entire house with so little dust.

Matt is extremely knowledgeable and maticulous about his work. Great customer service and the quality of his work is undeniable. I would recommend him to anyone who needs wood floor refurbishing or installation. Thank you Matt for the great job you did!!

Great communications for timing of project. Always on time with advanced notice. Work was completed on schedule and price was adjusted based on our decisions as to finishing selected. The results were great on our 1881 house floor. I would definitely recommend Matt for additional projects.
