From the moment we called Joe to come over and scope out our kitchen painting project, it was clear that he understood his craft extraordinarily well, and as importantly, wanted to understand exactly what our vision was for the completed job. He carefully explained what the prep process would be in our kitchen, and the remedial work that would be needed in the 50-year old areas where the ceiling meets the walls, in corner areas above the cabinetry, etc. Within a day or two, Joe emailed us a detailed contract outlining his proposed work, the products he would use, the estimate amount of time to complete. Our finished kitchen is superb, and daily clean-up was immaculate. Joe is a Williamsport go-to, for all the right reasons. Until the brush hits the wall, like us, you're trusting someone you don't know to do a great job. Joe got it right: superb attention to detail and a real commitment to the job at hand. We were thrilled with Joe's work and personality. You will be, too

Joe Suddath did an amazing job painting the interior of my home. He was very personable and made this experience an amazing one! He has an eye for color combinations that really enhanced the beauty of my home. Joe is a really nice man to work with. He and the crew got the job done in record time, which surprised me. However, a few closets were not finished and he did come back to finish those areas. When I reviewed the quality after a few days, I noticed that there were some things that should have been done more professionally. We paid top dollar for the job, and perhaps the expediency sacrificed quality.

Surely we would've returned had I received a call that there were any missed areas? There were multiple areas that we put additional free coats (extra labor and paint) on that I never even charged you for. We strive for thoroughness on every project and yours was no exception. You and I walked through the entire house after we completed the project and you said everything was beautiful, so surely whatever you saw after the fact was minuscuIe. A simple phone call would've been more beneficial over giving me a poor review that could potentially hurt my business. I'm very understanding and would've been more than happy to return and resolve any issues.

Our project was to clean and stain the exterior of a house with cedar siding. Joe was able to complete some other jobs for us while he was up near the high parts of the house (cleaning gutters, replacing light bulbs, filling woodpecker holes). Joe helped a lot with his knowledge of different products for the type of finish we wanted and was willing to make changes if we didn't like initial results. He and Tom worked quickly and always kept the lines of communication open about progress and next steps. I highly recommend Joe Suddath Painting
