They were the most professional group I have had in my house so far. They covered most of the surrounding area to prevent any dust, they moved the furniture, and they did a great job on my floor. Actually, I had 3 different contractors tell me that what I had down on my floor was "engineered wood." Olga was the first one who said "no, this is hardwood, and I can match the new area with what you have." She gave me the best price and her group did a wonderful job with it. I am doing my job in three stages, and we have just completed the first stage. I am looking forward to the second stage which will be completed next week. So far, I would not hesitate to hire her again!!!

Great team to work with -- very professional leader (Olga) and two pros who installed the floors. We did this project over the holidays and everything was finished on time, despite some unpredictable issues with our floors. Looking forward to finishing the second half of our house with Olga and company over the summer!

Olga was great to work with. She explained everything and had experts in each stage of the project at her disposal. We absolutely love our floors and all of the extra details that have made us love our home again. The price was great compared to other quotes we received and there were no surprises. Overall a great experience and a wonderful end result.

Did not follow up with work and warranty !

We did refinished hardwood floors for (consumer name withheld per their request), we moved his furniture before and after, we covered all areas with anti-dust barrier, we used vacuum system, we achieved desired custom made stain ( pickled oak and county white), we applied 4 coats of HD Bona water based finish, replaced old moldings for new ones. We even provided Mr.Rushing with additional service for no additional charge such as we painted cabinet's bottom moldings and baseboards and we used professional cleaning crew to clean his house. When all those was done, (consumer name withheld per their request) was very happy client, who was giving us a lot of compliments and was very thankful for all we did.
