I enjoyed having Stu and his son power wash and seal my lanai. Very professional and I would definitely recommend them.

Did a great job on the Lanai tiles and all of the pollen build-up on the screen is all gone. Very reasonably priced!

I spoke with them one evening and the next day they were out at my residence, gave me a reasonable quote and finished the job that same day. They were friendly, efficient, thorough, helped move things around for me, and the overall finished product was outstanding. I had them power wash my mobile home (with garage and Florida Room), including the roof, gutters, windows, screen porch (inside and out), and driveway/carport and walkway. I would definitely use them again and again and refer others to them. I was completely satisfied.

There was not a choice for ZERO stars, otherwise that would have been my choice. They failed to show for the initial appointment. They were supposed to show the next day but did not. They called to schedule for a different day. The owner said he was out of town and was sending his partner. He did make sure to offer additional services, fascia, pool cage, deck along with the roof for an additional charge of $250.00. When completed they left a receipt without a letterhead, or much detail of the job. When i arrived home, the interior of my home smelled of bleach as it has seeped through the windows. All windows and sliders were streaked with a white material. They were called back, when i complained. On arrival, they cleaned some windows and did go up on the roof to finish the job. They were willing to stay on the roof working through storm warnings. That decision is a poor one due to liability. While it is appreciated that they wanted to make good, it shows poor decision-making skills on their part as did the bleach and who knows what else happened on my roof. I am having it inspected for any damage that may not have been reported. it seems to me that while i asked if I were too far south in Punta Gorda from the work, and was assured I was not, the worked was subbed. I would not recommend this company.

Stu and his crew were GREAT! They were professional and did exactly what the said they were going to do and more! Any one looking for a job well done this is the company to call!
