No show three times in 2022 for some lights that were the wrong color and/or broken. We had a discussion about good business practices, and he showed up last year. He has set and confirmed a date to install my Christmas lights this year, but Carson was a no show and will not respond to emails and texts. He is holding my lights hostage at this point. He was also a no call/no show for at least one other house this year in my neighborhood. Said something to her about lazy employees, but I quite like his employees. He is the problem. Said something to me about rain delay but confirmed the appointment, so it didn?t make sense. This is a young man with a lot to learn.

4th year using them for Christmas lights and this year they showed up and said my roof was too steep and they couldnâ t complete the work. So they just dropped the tubs of lights on my front porch and left. Offered no reconciliation to compete the work or come back with a better crew. Just left me high and dry to figure it out on my own. The most unprofessional experience I maybe have ever had with any business. Couldnâ t recommend them less.

Hired this company off Angi to come and clean up a yard and flowerbeds in order to prep a house for sale. They came on Monday, October 2 and did the work. They took a couple of photos of the work and texted them to us. Based on the photos, we paid them via Venmo. BIG MISTAKE. Tuesday, upon live inspection, the back door is shattered from an obvious rock chip. A bedroom window is also broken, also from an obvious rock chip. We tried calling them multiple times, but the call goes straight to voicemail. It is clear our number has been blocked. Before leaving a bad review, I even emailed (several days ago). Still, zero response. Their website claims â Honest & Efficient Workâ and â Through open communication and exceptional service.â Carson is not honest and does not communicate. He will do shoddy work, not fess up to mistakes, and steal your money.

They did a great job. Iâ m really happy with my Christmas lights. I will use them again in the future. Flights are expensive. But it was worth it because I couldnâ t do it myself.

I was impressed by Mr Stuart and his crew. Everything went as promised and will use them again.

The mowing crew showed up late the 1st time, probably a misunderstanding. But they did the job quickly

controversy resolved; Talked to aaron one on one. He had his crew out there in short order. Communication problem corrected and we all go forward in a positive manner. edwin Mattice III
