BUILDING SITE WAS LEFT CLEANER THAN WHEN THEY STARTED. PROJECT WAS DONE BEFORE QUOTED TIME. VERY CONCERNED WITH APPEARANCE AND COST EFFECTIVENESS. I WOULD HIRE AGAIN

Tim Mortenson did a great job on my deck from start to finish. He made some great recommendations on deck style, and materials, and was totally flexible with his schedule,since I had to coordinate with another contractor who was building a sunroom on top of the deck. He put in a lot of effort and detail into the final product, and it looks great. I completely recommend him and will use Streamline Builders again for my next project.

Tim was a pleasure to deal with. He showed up when he said he would, did high quality work at fair prices. Even if he referred me to another trade he would always check up on their work to insure I was getting good service. He went above and beyond in his service. Tim from Streamline Builders built my catio exactly like I wanted and I couldn't be happier with the way it turned out. I showed him numerous photos of different catios, pointed out what I liked about each of them, and he made it happen! Tim is very precise and meticulous with his work and takes great pride in it. He does things right - no shortcuts! He always arrived when he said he would, was always prepared and was fast! I thought my catio would be beneath his qualifications but he took on the project and I'm so very pleased he did. I would recommend Tim and Streamline Builders in a heartbeat.
