Arthur is good, very professional.
Artur made a bid on new & upgraded breaker box, additional circuit in kitchen, additional circuit on second floor, repair electrical connection to outside lights. There were unanticipated problems, but Artur handled them like a professional. Also very personable.
Arthur is a real professional and personable too! I have recommended him to work on my mother in law's house and will pass him in to a property manager for her go-to list. I only have him five stars because you don't have ten.

STORM ELECTRIC WAS HIRED TO INSTALL VEHICLE CHARGING STATION. DURING INSTALL I HAVE NOTICED THAT ARTUR'S EMPLOYEE IS PULLING OUT 2 LONG WIRES OUT OF THE EXISTING CONDUIT WHERE ELECTRIC PANEL WAS. I HAVE ASKED HIM WHY IS HE DOING THAT AND I HAVE ASKED HIM IF THERE WAS ENOUGH SPACE TO RUN NEW WIRE. HE HAD TOLD ME THATS HOW HE MAKES A SPACE FOR NEW WIRE AND ASSURED ME THAT EVERYTHING IS FINE. I HAVE TENDERED CHECK FOR AGREED SUM. I HAVE ASKED ARTUR FOR SERVICE INVOICE. HE STATED THAT ONE WILL BE PROUCED NEXT DAY. ON THE FOLLOWING DAY I HAVE REALIZED THAT PARTIAL EXTERIOR LAMPS ARE NOT WORKING AND I REALIZED THAT STORM ELECTRIC AFFECTED WIRES . I HAVE CALLED ARTUR TO FOLLOW UP BUT HE SAID HE WILL GET BACK TO ME. ON NUMBER OCASIONS I HAVE MADE MORE REQUESTS FOR ARTUR TO PRODUCE SERVICE INVOICE, PROVIDE COPY OF THE ELECTRIC LICENSE AND PROVIDE COPY OF THE INSURANCE. ARTUR HAS BEEN IGNORING MY REQUESTS EVER SINCE. TO MAKE HIS PROBLEM MORE COMPLEX LATER ON I REALIZED THAT SECONDARY SUMP PUMP POWER WAS ALSO CUT OFF BY STORM ELECTRIC ALTERATION. I'M IN THE PROCESS OF RETAINING ORIGINAL ELECTRIC CONTRACTOR THAT BUILD ENTIRE SYSTEM TO FIND OUT WHAT EXACTLY STORM ELECTRIC DISCONNECTED. I HAVE LEFT VOICE MESSAGE FOR HOME ADVISOR COMPLAINING DEPARTMENT ONE MONTH AGO. NO ONE HAS GOT BACK TO ME. TODAY I HAVE LEFT ANOTHER MESSAGE PLUS INTENDING TO FORWARD THIS COMPLAIN TO CEO OF HOME ADVISOR GROUP SINCE I CANNOT FIND REMEDY TO RECTIFY THIS MATTER
The work done by Storm Electric was first rate and economical. The new circuit breaker, wiring, and outdoor lighting added value to my house and improved my quality of life.
