Patrick was very helpful and knowledgeable about the electrical situation we were in. He gave us an honest estimate and did a very good job with doing what we had asked of him. He also gave us an estimate for future work to be done and we will definitely use storm electric again to do the other

Messy and sloppy, they dont clean up after themselves. I have a trench in my backyard that I had to fill in myself so nobody would break an ankle walking across my yard. They put holes in walls and leave them. I had to pay someone else to fix it.

I'm sorry you were not satisfied with your service with us. I wish you had reached out to us if you had a problem or were not happy with your service. Our technicians take great pride in doing a professional quality job and always clean up after service. The trench was filled in completely that was dug to install line and with the all recent rain, there is no way to prevent any sinking in the ground where it was filled. As far as the hole in the wall to install electrical, it was discussed with you beforehand and okayed by you to proceed. You relayed to the technician after service that you were pleased with what was done. Don't know what changed after that.

We hired Storm Electric to update our electrical service in our home including new service entrance and panel from fuses to breakers. Their work was excellent and timely. Very reasonable cost. They cleaned up thoroughly.
