Reviews
Write a ReviewBill and his team are amazing. Great craftsmanship. An excellent team of workers who helped in every possible way. The attention to detail is next level. We know who we will call for our next project and I would recommend Stone to everyone I know. The first photo is our before. The next 4 make our home literally brand new.
Still construction did our kitchen, bathroom, and office conversion to bedroom. They were quick efficient, polite, and professional. I was in the hospital with a spinal cord injury, and my wife was left alone to deal with all the construction. They made sure my wife was comfortable in every aspect of the job and when above and beyond what I thought of a construction company would have to do to make a customer happy. I would refer Stone construction to anyone in the future.
Two things happened almost at the same time. I had a fall that damaged my spinal chord, and we had a home flood that damaged everything on our main floor.(on slab) Stone Construction was the one out of four companies I choose because Bill Stone the Owner of Stone Construction had impressed me with his company's history, and genuine concern for our immediate rebuild needs. As a test we had them install a new floor for us. They made it so easy for us and completed a perfect job in just a few days. Because I ended up in the hospital for spinal surgery and along recovery, the rest of the rebuild was left up to my wife and Stone Construction, New Kitchen, Handicap Accessible Bathroom, And a office conversion to a downstairs bedroom all done by Stone Construction. They made everything complete and made it al easy for my wife. I have much Gratitude and respect for Stone Construction. Thank you Bill, Juan his manager, and the whole crew. The work turned out Great, and hit the deadline
From the moment I met Bill Stone I knew I would be happy with the results of my kitchen remodel. The crew were excellent- they answered all of my questions and took care to clean up when they were finished for the day. Dean Juan and Joe were so great to work with. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for home improvement projects. My kitchen is beautiful!!!
Our pro was very professional and always aimed to please us! They did an excellent job regarding plumbing work, electrical work, tile installation, painting, installing toilet paper holder, and mirror! They were very clean. They covered rugs, used plastic sheets to protect furniture from dust etc. We are so happy we chose Stone Construction for our project! Needless to say, they are Top Notch!! It was a pleasure doing business with them!!!
Great work we loved it!!
Stone's Construction did a remodel on my bathroom. I am so pleased with the results. The men he sent, Nick and Greg, did an amazing job. Each day they cleaned up at the end of the day and left my house clean. They were professional, neat and efficient. My new bathroom looks beautiful. I am so happy that I chose Stone's Construction. I highly recommend this company/
I gave a deposit to start a job. A contract was never signed and work was never started. I decided to go in a different direction, Provider initially offered only a $250 refund, I deemed that unacceptable. Provider now has not responded to any attempted communication since approximately May 7.
The Client wanted multiple prepared and detailed invoices from our company to assist him in an real estate transaction. We obliged him. The client was on a budget and wanted us to meet his financial limit along with an extremely aggressive start date. We obliged all these requests and began the process of starting his job. The day before we planned on starting the work the client had told us he would like to cancel the job and requested a full deposit refund of $1,500. We explained to him that time and planning went into his job, and we now had acquired an empty gap in our work rotation. With his cancelation, workers will still need to be paid now with a gap in our schedule, that's why we collect a deposit to cover these costs among other resources we applied to obtaining the job. In good faith the store front shop manger offered a partial $300 deposit credit. If he decides to do the job in the future we could reapply it back. The client said he was going away and will touchbase when he returns. We didn't hear back, until Angie's list reached out to us just now. A deposit is to make a financial commitment so all resources being applied to that specific task are secured. We never want an unhappy customer or any person to feel like the experience was sub-par in dealing with our company. We also cannot take substantial loses. We felt a credit of $300 was completely fair. If not we are opened to listening and communicating on why we should take more of a loss.Â
Kitchen remodel looks great. All professional workers and very accommodating. I would highlyrecommend.
