    Terrible, missed a complete room, which will effect the appraisal. Also stated the refrigerator was missing when in fact it was there. Wrote down a small hole that appeared to be a hole dug by a dog was a sink hole. His job was to be an Appraiser not an home inspector. There are some steps missing which we all knew about, also a diversion tube for hot water heater.. So he wrote up that return trip must be made when these items are complete. I do not recommend this person or his company.

    Super nice guy but a little steep for what he did. I mean, $350 for 30/40 minutes of walking around with a tape measure. I would shop around just because of the price, but like I said, super nice guy

    Dave did a great job and turn -around time is very short - I got the report the next day. His fee is good too ($350 for 3/2 1200 sf single family home).

      We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
