Called Steveâ  s Plumbing just to get a diagnoses and found out that the heater was in bad shape (14 years old) and needed to be replaced. Was surprised to see what came out when it was flushed. Technicians, Robert Gracie Jr. and Zachary Yamaguchi came out and the job was done the same day, unbelievable!! They did a fantastic job, knowledgeable, and courteous. Price of the Solar Water Heater is very expensive. I have gone with this company before for my central Air and was content with the job. I was told that I was going with the wrong company when I showed a picture of their truck because they were ripoffs. I am very satisfied with the outcome of this job and highly recommend them. Pictures of technicians before they come out to your house is a big plus!! Thank you Steveâ  s Plumbing & AC

Nick's inspection of my 20 yo central ACs was thorough, excellent, and honest. He explained what I had, and what I could have with newer systems. He has a gift for explaining the technical aspects in a way an average home owner can understand. The techs who performed the maintenace were on time, professional, curteous, and thorough too. The office staff was very good too, making sure I knew who and when the workers were expected to arrive. I will recommend Steve's AC to friends and when I buy a new AC soon, I will definitely go with Steve's.

While the price was a bit more than I initially budgeted, I factored in the fact that they came out early, bought the pieces that I wanted to buy for replacement, and took care of the job within a morning, it was worth it. You want to go with someone who knows how to install these things and knows what to look for in potential problems. That is what this company does and if you're looking to replace the faucets in your house, with good ones, know full well that the lifespan of a faucet is between 15 and 20 years. So pay now, you don't have to worry about it for al long time.
