This is an update. Matt has been caring for my pool for about a year. I am so pleased with his work. My older pool has never looked better. Such a nice guy too. When necessary, he is good at suggesting potential problems. Some I can take care of, some I can't financially. He doesn't push and I always feel he's looking out for what's best for the pool. It's very nice to have someone reliable after going through a number of unreliable pool service people over the years. I highly recommend Matt and Step Into Liquid Pool Care.

Matt contacted me the evening I submitted my project request. He came out to the pool for diagnosis of a serious green pool with a plumbing problem. He coordinated the visit with my brother since I was out of town. I was extremely appreciative of his thorough evaluation and subsequent phone call to me suggesting solutions. He actually suggested me consulting another pool company for the initial clean up of the pool, because it was so very far gone and it needed to be acid washed, something a larger company could do cheaper. I am in the process of doing that now, but I'm hoping Matt will be servicing my pool on a monthly basis once it is in shape. He seemed very knowledgeable and extremely informative. I look for those qualities. I've learned pool care is only as good as the tech assigned to the pool and have had some difficult and expensive results through the past 10 years. Matt is the owner and takes care of the pools himself.
