Luis and his company have renovated almost my entire mobile home at this point, and there is a reason why I repeatedly hire him when each job is needed. He has transformed my space into something to be proud of. He is reliable and his attention to detail places him above any other contractor that you could hire. He and his team work hard and quickly. I cannot recommend him enough. He will give an honest and fair price while giving you quality craftsmanship. His work is unmatched. The first 3 pictures are how my home was when I bought this mess. They are reasonably priced, great communication and did a wonderful job on our roof and gutters. Also, thorough ckean up. Id use them again and recommend to my friends!

Luis and Stay Dry were such a pleasure to work with. From the initial estimate, Luis was on time, thorough, and showed me pictures of where there was damage to my roof and what needed to be replaced. Cost was also very reasonable compared to other quotes I had received. After a very professional contract review with Luis, we decided to move forward. On the day of the job, Luis and his team were on time (early even!) and worked through the job in one day. They constantly cleaned all day long, leaving the job site spotless by the time they left. Luis again showed me pictures of everything that was replaced and every step of the project. I couldn’t be happier with the service or the result. Luís at Stay Dry Home Improvement did an excellent job repairing the corrugated metal roof over my garage. He replaced all the fasteners, sheet rock, and insulation damaged from the old leaky fasteners. His communication was excellent, punctual, and his team was extremely neat and tidy. the owner Luis Chuqui showed up at the time he said he would and gave me an estimate that was fair and said he would repair the next day. we had snow and 32 degree weather and Luis showed up as promised and did a great job.he spotted another section of my house that needed attention and took care of that while he was here. Thank you to the whole Stay Dry Home team. What a relief to experience that a highly recommended company lives up to all the rave reviews. They were extremely pleasant, punctual, knowledgeable, and efficient. We needed a new roof on the patio and after Luis responded quickly, gave a complete estimate, he and his team then delivered on time, on budget, and without leaving a trace other than a new roof. We will now enter winter with all the confidence of a Stay Dry Home roof.

Luis arrived at our home on time and prepared. He inspected the roof thoroughly and gave his recommendations for the work that needed to be done. Once he finished inspecting and providing us with a quote for the job to be completed he took his time and answered all of our questions. He addressed our concerns in a respectful and knowledgeable manner. We told him we would think about it and give him a call that week. It took us 10 mins to decide that he was so fair and honest with his quote and the work that needed to be done that we called him to come back to collect the deposit that same day. We signed the contract and he explained everything very clearly. Once the day arrived to have the work done he showed up with his team on time and prepared to get started. They worked so well together and completed the job beautifully and efficiently. We are having additional work done in the future and will be calling Luis and Stay Dry to have them come back and work on those items. This was the best decision we made to hire him. His communication was very clear and we had no problem contacting him when we needed to. We highly recommend Stay Dry and would give them more stars if we were able to.. This is a quality professional and reliable company. Luis went on my roof, expected and assessed the problem along with pictures. He explained in detail on how he would fix the problem and the cost. This is a 3 story home, and he is on the roof like a pro. Not only did he fix the leak around the ventpipe, his price was more than reasonable. Forget the big cookie cutter roof guys, I recommend these guys 101%.
