Work has not been started yet but they notified us and we had them come right out within a week and by the end of the next week they sent the bid. We will accept that and set up a time to come do the job..

Difficult problem. Open hot in romex somewhere in the ceiling. They came up with a workaround that was acceptable to me. And the price was okay for two guys spending the morning on the job.
